Order Processing
Orders placed before 2:00 PM Eastern Time on business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays) are processed the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM or on weekends and holidays are processed the next business day. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has shipped.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update after you receive your confirmation. You can track your package directly through the carrier's website or by logging into your Reese & Brothers account.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii. We do not currently ship to U.S. territories or internationally, but international shipping is coming soon. Sign up for our newsletter to be the first to know when it launches.
Holiday Shipping
During peak holiday seasons (Thanksgiving through New Year's), processing times may be extended by 1–2 business days. We recommend ordering early to ensure timely delivery. Holiday shipping deadlines are announced on our homepage and via email.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at contact@reeseandbrothers.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your order or a full refund.
Delivery Address Tips
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are unable to redirect packages once they have shipped. If you need to update your address, contact us immediately at contact@reeseandbrothers.com.
