International Shipping
We currently ship to select international destinations. International shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order directly through the carrier's website or by logging into your account at reeseandbrothers.com.
Shopify Collective Orders
Some products are fulfilled directly by our supplier partners through Shopify Collective. These items may ship separately from other items in your order and may have different estimated delivery windows. Any supplier-specific shipping information will be noted on the product page.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package appears lost or has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at hello@reeseandbrothers.com with your order number. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
